The barangay hall, police station, emergency response team, and fire station are just 1 minute away from the condominium. The Archdiocesan Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe de Cebu church is a 5-minute walk, and Cebu Doctors’ University Hospital and Chong Hua Hospital are only 7 minutes away.
