Quite little town with friendly and hospitable locals. Below our home is a local bakery that supplies fresh bread everyday. Also a catering business is available just a few meters from our property. A few small convenient stores are also present around the area. Our home sits on top of a hill. A concrete stairway with 83 steps will be a bit of a challenge to the elderly and the disabled. Car dirt road and car port is available in front of the house but not fully developed yet. Guest are advised not to use the dirt road yet as it's dangerous especially on rainy season. Unfortunately, No regular public transport is available to and from our rental home except for the motorcycle for hire that runs between Tuburan and Malapoc Sur. Best transport is to hire a Van at Maasin City bus terminal or we can recommend the contact details if guest require there services. Approximate travel time is 20mins from Maasin town proper to our property. At the moment, we are still under continuous improvement of the place including the car access. Guest with cars can safely park beside the street just below our property.
