Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. 3 to 5 minutes walk going to markets and commercial establishments. - NGI wet and dry market, Jollibee, Mang Inasal, 7 Eleven, Mercury Drug, Ever Gotesco and other groceries, etc.
Some says I look too formal and serious looking... but ironically, I indeed funny and vocal all the time.
Mix residential and commercial.
