My place is in 16th floor. A brand new modern condominium located in Camella Northpoint Condominium Davao City. It's a fully furnished unit with 3 bedrooms. It has a nice view of Mt. Apo. You can stay comfortable like your own home! All brand new. We have all amenities to use, you can cook inside the unit.. We have Induction Cooker 4 Burner, microwave, blender, bread toaster, hot kettle, hot and cold dispenser. Aircon in the living Room, fastest Wifi, signal cable channel, you can also watch Netflix and youtube to my 49inch smart tv. Our recliner Sofa is adding extra comfort to movie nights and lazy days. 1st BedRoom- Queen size bed with aircon 2nd BedRoom-Queen Size bed with split type aircon and Ledge /small veranda 3rd -Bedroom Bunk Bed/ double decker fan only.
