Stunning Sunset View, Low Density Residence & Pet friendly. This staycation is not a Stopover, it's a detour from city living. Designed for bridal showers, barkada get togethers and wholesome family staycation. A 2Br condo thoughtfully designed to help guests relax & forget the hustle and bustle of city living. The highlight is the amazing greenery view that will relax your eyes, mind and spirit. The sunset, it's a must! With 3 buildings, 16 floors each. Every guest will enjoy the amenities. Plenty of ways to be entertained, make use of our Amazon Prime, Disney+, and Spotify Premium or if you our selection of board and card games. IMPORTANT NOTES PLEASE READ 1. Pool Access is only available on weekdays for a fee of 200 pesos per guest. Guests are not allowed to access the pool during holidays and weekends. Thursdays are usually reserved for pool cleanup. 2. Price per night excludes parking fee as not everyone needs parking. I try to make my Airbnb accessible as possible. To avoid inconvenience, let me know a day in advance if you need parking space. Parking costs 500 pesos per day. Pet fee is 500 per stay. 3. Guests are expected to lessen their noise from 11pm-6am. 4. If in any case some items were broken, went missing, the guests should pay or replace the item broken or missing.

Neighbourhood information

You don't need to go out as everything can be delivered using food/grocery delivery apps. If you must, downstairs there's a 7/11, other convenience stores and restaurants. SM BF is also a 10 minute walk, 3 min drive away. The property is located near to the airport - 20 minutes away.
