Experience the northern part of El Nido; not the usual cliffs and island beaches. Stay at THE BEACH HOUSE DIPNAY in Barangay San Fernando, El Nido, a quaint and laidback village where you can enjoy a relaxing and quiet stay away from the crowds. Our place is ideal for couples, friends (barkada), families, digital nomads or solo travellers who just want to have a place that is far from the noise of the crowds. Please note that our place is located in an "offgrid area" about 45 minutes from the town proper. No electricity yet in the village but we have our own power generator that runs from 6PM to 6AM or 7AM (gas a bit expensive, extended power upon request but with additional charge). Further note that we don't serve breakfast (not included) but we have a gas stove (free of charge) in the house. You can cook there. Drinking water not provided (bring your own drinking water). Internet is being repaired at the moment. Our caretaker Ms.M is the one in charge of the house. Should you need any assistance (get/buy food/water, hire a tricycle or van etc.). She would be ready to help. If you will be staying a little longer and filtered/purified water (blue container) is fine with you, you can ask her to buy you one. We also have a nice grill area. We don’t have a refrigerator but we have a cooler. Lastly, our place is NOT a hotel-like accommodation, it is more of a simple and decent home. Backpackers and guests (mostly from Europe) who like nature and value peace often find our place a nice play to stay.
Our place is facing the beautiful Daracoton Bay. It is about 1 km from the barrio/center of Brgy San Fernando (village). You can also see from our balcony the San Fernando Port. The beachfront is part of the long stretch of sand of the village. At the back are rice fields.
