Please be informed that when booking The Orange House Villa, the number of rooms allocated inside the villa will depend on the number of pax booked or stated at the booking reservation. There are total of 6 rooms in the villa, therefore, not all 6 rooms will normally be allocated, but will depend on the number of persons booked. Even if this is the case, all bookings made to the villa will always be an EXCLUSIVE stay for your group only, 🏡 2 rooms ; maximum of 12pax ; 4 rooms will be empty 🏡 3 rooms ; maximum of 16pax ; 3 rooms will be empty 🏡 4 rooms ; maximum of 20pax ; 2 rooms will be empty 🏡 5 rooms ; maximum of 24pax ; 1 room will be empty 🏡 6 rooms ; maximum of 28pax ; all rooms to be occupied If there will be an additional room requirements, +Php2000/room/night and can be settled upon check-in. Please let us know in advance if you require additional room. Also, you may want to visit our Bistro just opposite The River House Units. Open from 9am - 9pm on weekdays and ‘till 11pm on weekends. Neighbourhood information

TOH (The Orange House) is located in Bayubay Sur, San Vicente, Ilocos Sur. It is strategically situated in the boundary of Vigan, Bantay and San Vicente., which is a 1-minute ride to Burgos Museum. The historic Govantes River is only 50m from the property towards the backyard and has nearby cornfields. From there you can still enjoy the feel of being in a rural area, while enjoying the convenience of being close to the tourist attractions like the Burgos Museum, Bantay Bell Tower, Plaza Salcedo (Dancing Fountain), and the famous Calle Crisologo. ​ Seven-Eleven convenience store is only 300m from the house. Ilocano Carinderias are available in front of the St Paul College, and even just next door. There is also a wood furniture maker close to the property - a signature livelihood of San Vicente. Most of the tricycle drivers know the place so it's easy to find. Just mention back side of “St Paul College – high school compound”, and they will bring you to the villa. Visiting the attractions is easy. You can park your car in front of Burgos Museum (only 1-km / 1-minute drive or 6-minute walk from the villa), then walk around the tourist vicinity.
