The Condominium is completely new and all the appliances are all new as well.
The host is available to message anytime whatever you need from the unit. I can advise or arrange tour around or near in the property. I been traveling to many countries around the world as well as Philippines, so I can advise and compared what will be the place to go around.
The Neighbor has their own life. Normally the building has mixed like foreigners living, Tourist, renter and local living in the city.
