Welcome to The Sunset House w/ a breathtaking view of the sunset in the afternoon & Mt. Banahaw as soon as you wake up in the morning, big terrace in the 1st & the 2nd floor, with 3 cctv’s outside located at the back, front & side of the house. (Note that cctv in the living room is not working.) The house has 3 bedrooms and 3 toilet and bathrooms each has a hot and cold shower. This house is located in a secured subdivision, just across gasoline station & MMG Hospital, walking distance to Kamay ni Hesus and Batis Aramin. 5-10 minutes drive to Bukid Amara, commercial center , market.
Love interacting with people, like fishing and farming.
The Subdivision is very small and has only few houses. Homeowners are friendly and approachable.
Guests could walk in the morning from house to Batis Aramin, to kamay ni Hesus, and even to seven eleven, restaurants and wet Market otherwise could commute by tricycle or by car.
