The all new renovated unit only in TOWER 1 - easy access to the main gate, MALLS, and Taxis MAXIMUM of 4 guest for safety reasons. FREE WIFI and NETFLIX Swimming pool access NOW OPEN. FREE unlimited use of the pool for long stay at least 1 month. For short term there is an entry ticket of P150.00/head during normal days and P350 during holidays. Parking Fee - P30/1st 2 hrs & P10 for succeeding hrs. Very accessible to all places; downstairs is the main lobby, in front is Burger King, a grocery, a laundry shop, Mcdonalds, a massage center, SM Fairview, Ayala Mall, and Robinsons Mall A very quiet and peaceful environment. Greenery place with lots of Trees and Plants. Safe and secured with 24hrs roaming guards and friendly officers. A very convenient location for balikbayans, backpackers, foreigners. Near to your relatives - a connecting hub to rest between Manila, Novaliches, Caloocan, and SJDM Bulacan.

The condo unit is located in Tower 1 which is very near to everything, the main lobby for receiving visitors is just downstairs, in the front is Mcdonalds, Burger King, grocery, a laundryshop and even a Massage Center. A few walk to SM Fairview, Ayala Malls, Robinsons Novaliches, Commonwealth Hospital and Fatima University.
