I am your host, Trini (short for Trinidad). I extend a warm welcome to you to my residence. We look forward to hosting you in our boutique style accommodation. We enjoy preparing for your stay and extending Filipino hospitality to our guests.
I manage Villa 301 B&B, along with my full time, live-in friendly staff Cherry Ana who will look after you and assist with your sightseeing plans. We have other call-in staff maintenance staff. We have contacts (given advance notice), for home service massage, haircut or manicure, pedicure.
I am well-travelled , and like sharing relevant highlights.
I like easy listening classical music, singing, dancing, piano-playing, reading historical novels, crossword, number puzzles or word jumbles.

All rooms are boutique style, have hot water showers, air conditioning and wall fans for added circulation,
The shower and toilet have separate cubicles for convenience and keeping the toilet area dry.
1- Super deluxe extra-spacious suite, king bed, with stand up mirror, desk wardrobe,, sofa bed, ensuite bathroom, his and hers sinks, shower and sunken bath tub, dryer rack. Guests have access to own private patio, indoor glassed-in fish pond, swing furniture, living/piano room vaulted ceilings, few exercise equipment
2- Bedroom with double size bed, low window, vanity dresser, closet enclosure, frontage view
3. Bedroom with high windows - not available indefinitely, converted to office space.
4. Queen bedroom deluxe spacious with ensuite bath, high tech ceiling lighted fan with queen bed, double futon, desk, stand up mirror, and wardrobe
5- Bedroom with Double size bed, and a bunk bed, perfect for families or friends traveling together. Common seating area, and facilities shared with bedroom 7.
6 -( Bedroom with ensuite bath is dedicated for live-in staff, with access at the back lot separate from guest areas)
7-Bedroom with queen bed, air con, wall fan, garden view. Common area, and facilities shared with bedroom 5.
The property is flanked by two ylang-ylang trees that normally grow in the forest. The blooms, are used as perfume ingredient ; they exude fragrance in early morning and early evening. Units are ground level, well-treed, with several gardens, fish pond and sheltered outdoor seating areas.

Location- This is a safe, friendly neighborhood with paved street and beautiful homes- just two short blocks north off the coastal highway and public market; far from traffic noise and air pollution, a short walk for sightseeing to the sea wall promenade, to the historic oldest church, the public market., to the pier for Pamilacan Island tours.
A quaint mini-store is just across the property for snacks, cold alcoholic or soda refreshments and sundries. The oldest stone church and adjoining museum offer views of old relics of past history.
Crescencia Cafe is a quaint sit in restaurant along the highway, open by 10 a.m. Genaro's Grill by the sea wall opens in late afternoon.. Food display table lets you choose which ones to grill, or from the menu. Live entertainment happens on weekend evenings and into the late hours. A sit in or take out menu is available inside the public market where the locals go for affordable Filipino cuisine, opens early morning.
The seawall (Baluarte) is great for jogging/ strolling with ample bench seating to watch the boats, sunset/sunrise. This is well lit-up in the early evenings to daybreak. During high tides swimming is popular here. Spots for boat docking to take you to Pamilacan Island, visible from there.
Barbecue in the evenings along the , and public market is open daily for various fruits, local snacks, cafeteria, sandals, etc.
A laundromat is at walking distance -leave your laundry in the morning and pick it up washed, dried and folded at the end of the day.
Our staff can rent motor bike on site. or delivery. Your foreign driver's license is required to rent. Our staff can arrange driver and car, or tuk-tuks to the seaport or airport when you check out.
