Relax with the whole family at our serene Private Beach House. Catering up to 10 people, the home is fully airconditioned & completely functional to western standards. Private Beach bar overlooking the ocean & beautiful rock formations - you truly will feel right at home. Located 10 min from Pandan town, and under 1 hour from Kalibo/Caticlan airport & Boracay Island. We are within minutes of many tourist attractions. Avoid the crowds - Our beach house is truly ZEN! You may never want to leave!

We are located in a very quiet and serene beach front. We are close to Malumpati Health Springs, and many other waterfall locations. Local sari sari stores have bare essentials. We are 10 min away from Pandan town where you will find groceries and fresh food markets. Save money by cooking for yourself and enjoying the entire home. We can organise shopping if required at a charge and subject to availability. Our guests enjoy the peace and quietness of the property, the amazing sunsets and the ability to bond and enjoy quiet family time.
