Within walking distance of the Warsaw Śródmieście railway station, Central Station, Złote Tarasy In the immediate vicinity of the building, there is the National Philharmonic, as well as the specialty Chmielna and Nowy Świat streets. A place to sleep for two couples in two rooms. Despite its location in the very center of the city, the apartment is quiet. The apartment at ul. Marszałkowska is located in the heart of Warsaw, not far from the Old and New Towns. Nearby there are public transport stops, the Świętokrzyska metro station, so you can easily move around by public transport, while on the other side of the street there is a large parking lot. At the bottom of the building, there are numerous shops, Andrzeja Mleczko Gallery, an exchange office and numerous commercial and commercial outlets, and the Wars and Sawa Center Department Stores.

There is no reception in the apartment. Guests are requested to contact the apartment at least 24 hours prior to arrival in order to arrange a key collection. A surcharge of PLN 120 applies for arrivals after 22:00. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. Special requests are subject to availability. Every apartment is non-smoking and a fine will be charged to anyone who does smoke. Please note that the property is located in a quiet residential area and no loud behaviour or noise are allowed.
