Bałuty is the greenest district of Łódź. The apartment is only 5 minutes from the edge of Łagiewnicki Forest – the largest urban forest in Poland. Covering 1,200 hectares, it is perfect for recreation, walking and sports. At its heart lies Arturówek, a wonderful spot for family time. Did you know that Łagiewnicki Forest is more than three times the size of Central Park in New York City? Even closer is the beautiful Łagiewnicki Park – simply cross Julianowska Street and walk 500 metres through a villa district. It is well worth leaving the car behind and enjoying the walk. Prefer the city? The unique Manufaktura centre is only about 7 minutes away by car, and Piotrkowska Street can be reached in around 10 minutes. Being in the northern part of Łódź also means great convenience for travellers – in just a short drive you can access the main junctions of the A1, S14, A2 and S8 motorways.
