IMPORTANT! Ladies and Gentlemen, Please read the regulations below. Booking our apartments is tantamount to agreeing to the following rental conditions. If you do not agree to the following rules, please cancel your reservation. There are strict rules in our apartments, which we will not allow to be broken out of respect for all our guests, other residents, and for what we do. Breaking any of the rules will result in the immediate termination of the lease agreement without the possibility of applying for a refund of any fees, as well as in imposing a fine of PLN 1,000 in the event of breaking the ban on smoking in the apartment, organizing a party or disturbing the peace. There are several basic rules in our facility. Please respect and follow them. 1. Smoking is prohibited in the entire facility, including the balcony. 2. A categorical ban on organizing events. 3. Guests are prohibited. 4. Obligation to observe night silence from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. 5. Obligation to leave the apartment in its existing condition. From January 1, 2020, the rules for issuing VAT invoices have changed. Please report your wish to receive a VAT invoice before arrival, at the latest upon check-in, otherwise it will not be possible to issue it. The apartments are under constant monitoring, and there are smoke detectors in the apartments.

We offer our guests a kitchenette fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal, a cozy bathroom with a spacious shower cabin and a bed with comfortable mattresses - size 140x200cm SMART TVs offer free access to Amazon Prime. Facility amenities: - iron - hair dryer - bath cosmetics - fresh towels - washing machine (washing powder) - dishwasher (dishwasher cubes) - oven (baking paper) - refrigerator - coffee machine - vacuum cleaner A child up to 3 years old (one for two adults), sleeping with adults or in their own bed and not requiring bedding, does not incur any fees for the stay. There are public parking spaces near the building, free of charge, reservations are not possible. The apartments are under constant surveillance and smoke detectors.
