New 40m2 apartment with a balcony, fully furnished with office workspace availability, TV - 43 inches, cable TV included, fast Wi-Fi (Fiber optic). The bedroom has a new double queen size bed 160x200, with a very comfortable mattress, a large wardrobe, roller blinds int. and ext. The kitchen is fully equipped dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster. A bathroom in a modern style, equipped with a rain shower, hair dryer, a washing machine In the corridor LED lighting (which makes it easier to move around at night without waking other household members). The apartment is also equipped with an iron, hangers, drying rack for clothing. There is a free parking space in the Garage (no reservation required).

A perfect place for people who want to enjoy the charms of the city without losing the home atmosphere. The proximity of a beautiful green complex of “ Marceliński forest” is a great advantage of the location. You can go there for a morning jog, a bike ride or a walk. Gym "Local City Center" only for residents, available with an admission card at no extra charge. Nearby ice rink, (roofed) tennis courts - with a trainer for an extra charge. and also shops, restaurants and KingCross Shopping Center. The Old Market Square, The Poznan Int. Fair and other attractions of the city are also easily accessible thanks to public transport. The airport is 2.5 km away (5 min).
