Dujawica is a spacious and cosy highlander-style home located in Ząb, the highest village in Poland, offering wide open views of the Tatra Mountains. The house is rented as an entire private property, ideal for families and large groups looking for peace, space, and time together. Guests have exclusive access to the whole house and the private garden throughout their stay. The four-floor home includes: • 9 bedrooms (6 with private bathrooms) • 8 bathrooms in total • 2 large living rooms • Dining room for 16 guests • Fully equipped kitchen + additional kitchenette • Children’s playroom • Fast Wi-Fi, washing machine, towels, and bed linen Outside, guests can enjoy a wooden gazebo with lights and a stone-built BBQ – perfect for mountain mornings or evening meals surrounded by nature.

This house was created with comfort, calm and connection in mind – a space where people can relax, share time and enjoy the beauty of the mountains. I care about details and making guests feel truly welcome. While I won’t be on-site during your stay, I’m always available by phone or message – happy to help, answer questions or share local recommendations (yes, including where to find the best oscypek cheese!). Many guests say Dujawica has a soul – and I agree. It’s a place that invites you to slow down, reconnect and enjoy what really matters.
Ząb is a quiet, picturesque mountain village perched above Zakopane – at over 1000 metres above sea level. It offers wide, open views of the Polish and Slovak Tatra Mountains and a peaceful atmosphere that’s perfect for nature lovers. If you’re dreaming of fresh air, silence and sunrises over the peaks, this is the place. At the same time, it’s close to everything – you can walk to Gubałówka in 30 minutes, take the funicular down to Zakopane, or hop on a local minibus (bus stop is just 200 metres from the house). In the area you’ll find: • traditional highlander restaurants with live folk music • local grocery shops • hiking, biking and ski routes • peace, space and unforgettable views
