Electricity fee is charged extra at 2 PLN per kWh when used.

Water fee is charged extra at 0.05 PLN per litre when used.

Waste segregation is obligatory.

Pets (dogs and cats) are allowed to stay at the facility only after reporting this fact and receiving consent during the reservation. Prior arrangement of arrival with a pet is required. The number of cottages suited for pets is limited.

Arrival with a dog or cat without prior arrangement may result in accommodation in a cottage not intended for stays with animals, which will result in a higher amount being charged for the stay of animals, i.e. PLN 100/day (under 10 kg) or PLN 150/day (over 10 kg). – maximum 1 dog in the house (no exceptions).

Pet stays reported when booking - for an additional fee of PLN 30/day (under 10 kg) or PLN 50/day (over 10 kg). Maximum 1 dog in the house (no exceptions).

The dry sauna is available for an additional fee of PLN 200 per hour

Parking is additionally paid PLN 30/day - the owner of the facility guarantees 1 parking space for 1 house. Please note that there is a limited number of additional parking spaces – failure to declare an additional parking space at the time of booking may result in a lack of available spaces.

Please note that Elizjum apartment houses are divided into two centers: Elizjum 1 and Elizjum 2, on two adjacent plots.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of 400 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.

When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
