Property information

Construction work may occasionally cause noise in the area – both inside the building (apartment finishing) and outside. Due to the location near restaurants and in a lively neighborhood, some noise may also occur. Elegant apartments on Granary Island, right in the heart of Gdańsk, feature a modern style, high standard, and full equipment, ensuring comfort for both short and longer stays. The location next to the Old Town, surrounded by cafés, restaurants, and tourist attractions, makes it an ideal choice for leisure or business trips. Next to the building, there is a luxurious SPA & Wellness zone with a swimming pool, jacuzzi, saunas, and a wide range of relaxing and beauty treatments. Entrance costs PLN 90 for 1.5 hours for adults, PLN 45 for children aged 6–12, while children up to 5 years old enjoy free access. It is the perfect place for regeneration and relaxation. The breakfast option includes a buffet served at the restaurant with a beautiful river view, located at Chmielna Street 1, about 50 meters from the apartments. Breakfast is also available for children from 7 years old. For guests’ comfort, the apartments are equipped with earplugs – a small but thoughtful detail to ensure a peaceful rest in the lively city center.

Neighbourhood information

The apartments are located on Granary Island, right next to Gdańsk’s Old Town. Just a few minutes’ walk takes you to Długi Targ, the Neptune Fountain, and the historic Crane. Nearby, you will find numerous restaurants, cafés, and bars, as well as picturesque boulevards along the Motława River, perfect for evening strolls. This location combines proximity to the city’s main attractions with a modern and comfortable space to relax.
