Bright and spacious ground-floor apartment with private garden and a covered terrace, designed for comfort. Guests have a dedicated, free parking space (no. 103) in the underground garage. The bedroom includes a double bed (140×200), bedside tables, a large wardrobe, and soft lighting for a cozy, intimate atmosphere. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed for two and a handcrafted wooden dining table, ideal for meals or remote work. The modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower (80×160), hairdryer, make-up mirror, and a full set of toiletries. The kitchen is bright, with a garden view. Guests can enjoy espresso or freshly hand-ground coffee, as well as tea—supplied on-site. The kitchen includes a large fridge with freezer, dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, washer-dryer, handheld vacuum, and full cookware and dishes. Essentials like sugar, salt, pepper, hygiene products, and cleaning supplies are also provided. Additional amenities include air conditioning in the living room, high-speed fiber internet (600 Mb/s), Smart TV, UPC premium cable, and access to Netflix and Viaplay.
