‘Phoebe 13’ is a two-storey luxury apartment with an area of 120 m2 located in the Szczecin Old Town district at the foot of the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes, overlooking the Odra river. The apartment is situated in a tenement house and is designed for 6 people. Through the kitchen window, and the second bedroom window you can see the wonderful views of the Odra river flowing quietly away about 200 m and the Boulevard of Piasts (Bulwary Piastowskie), the evenings are packed with energy of nocturnal life and meetings. The apartment includes living room with dining room, two bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, dressing room and a fully equipped kitchen. Parking is available in front of the building (paid from Mon-Fri 9-17) free parking is about 50m away.

It is PROHIBITED to organize parties under the age of 18, hen parties, stag parties, etc. in the apartment. There is an absolute ban on smoking in the apartment and the entire building. It is located in the heart of the Old Town, 300 meters from Chrobry Embankment (Wały Chrobrego). Its advantage is its location, the apartment is in the city center between most distinguished monuments of Szczecin; ie. Chrobry Embankment, Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes, 'Tower of Seven Coats (Baszta Siedmiu Płaszczy) and the Cathedral. Through the bedroom window and the living room windows you can see the doorstep of the Castle of the Pomeranian Dukes – historical seat of the House of Pomerania which is now a cultural center, that hosts numerous concerts, theater, art, ballet, as well as Opera and Operetta.
