Wawelofts has been operating on the Krakow market for almost 10 years and currently manages a dozen or so facilities with about 50 apartments located in the very center of Krakow. We cooperate with our regular partners who offer tours and airport transfers for our clients. For several years, the business has expanded to include its own water laundry that always provides clean bed linen and towels for our guests.

Loft-style apartments on the top floors of a modern apartment building A larger 7-person apartment with two bedrooms is located on the 5th floor, in the front part of the estate, on the side of the river, bridge and park. It has a balcony with a spacious view towards the center of Krakow, the Vistula River and in the distance the tower of St. Mary's Church at the Main Square. A smaller, 3-person studio is located on the inner side of the estate, on the 7th floor. The view from the balcony extends towards the Schindler Factory Museum and the Krakus Mound, is located in the neighboring building at 5 Romanowicza Street, where on the ground floor there is the Emalia Restaurant with excellent food and a well-stocked Delicatessen. Both apartments have parking spaces in the underground garage, available at no extra charge! For the larger apartment there are spaces for 2 cars, for the smaller one for one car. The larger apartment is suitable for up to 7 people, e.g. 2 families with 1 or 2 children, has 2 separate bedrooms, the larger one with a double bed and a sofa bed, a table, a TV, a clothes rack and a smaller bedroom with 2 separate beds, including one bunk bed for 2 people and a spacious lockable wardrobe and a desk. The smaller apartment, on the other hand, is available for up to three guests or will provide very comfortable conditions for 1 person. It is equipped with a comfortable 1-person bed and a fold-out corner sofa, as well as a table with chairs, a TV, a wardrobe, a chest of drawers. Both apartments are equipped with air conditioning in each bedroom separately, in addition, the larger apartment in the kitchenette has a dishwasher, the smaller one has an oven.

Zabłocie has been the most fashionable and fastest developing district of Krakow in recent years. Numerous restaurants, cafes, cultural and service points are being built here, as well as shops. A small local park has also recently been created, allowing you to relax by the Vistula River. The district is separated from the city center by 3 intersections with traffic lights and a few minutes' drive. You can also take a fast tram to the center, which will take about 10 minutes. Both apartments have large balconies from which you can admire the panorama of the city, from the larger one the Vistula River and a view of St. Mary's Church at the Main Square, while from the smaller one the southern part of Krakow with the Schindler Factory in the foreground and the Krakus Mound in the background.
