“Schön eingerichtete Unterkunft in einer ruhigen Lage an kleinem See. Man hat das Gefühl, dass man außerhalb der Stadt wohnt, obwohl in Wirklichkeit die gut befahrene Straße in der Nähe ist. Schöner Spielplatz auf dem Innenhof, perfekt für Familien.”

Stara Cegielnia is a residential investment located in a quiet district of Poznań, close to key communication arteries. The apartments in this investment are attractive both for people who like the urban lifestyle (only 5 km to the city center) and for families looking for a quiet place to relax, because the area is green, quiet and safe. The location of the investment provides a convenient connection to the city center and quick access to the Poznań ring road and the A2 motorway (3.5 km). There is a bus stop nearby (about 7 minutes on foot). The area of the investment was formerly the site of settlements associated with Poznań brickyards and shafts, which creates a unique landscape surrounded by clean water ponds and green areas. One of the main advantages of this location is the low noise level and wonderful views from the windows of the four ponds.
