In the neighborhood (up to 200 m): playground for children, pharmacy, ATM, liquor stores, restaurant, milk bar, greengrocer's park, cosmetics shop. The building is located in the very center of the city. Further in the area (up to 1,2km): more parks - shops, - playgrounds, -gyms, - a promenade by the Ełk River and a promenade along the Ełk Lake with bars/restaurants on it, -John Paul II Square in Ełk, - Mikołaj Kopernik Square and - a city beach, near which there is a tennis court, skate park, parkour park, outdoor gym and a lot of green space with benches
