The penthouse is large, (140 square meters), and very well equipped and a perfect apartment to rent for both families with children and adults. The standard is very high and the penthouse has everything you might need in order to spend a great vacation with family and friends. Totally there are 3 bedrooms and a sofabed. 8 beds, 1 inflatable bed and 1 baby crib. (Sleeps 10 in total with a baby). Due to being able to offer low rental costs for guests who rent the penthouse, the bed linnen are not made up but shared out on each bed for guests to put on. Guest have access to two flat screen TVs with smart TV and netflix. In addition it´s easy, free of costs and safe to park the car outside the building. The parking belongs to guests staying in the building. Guests who have booked the apartment, are kindly asked to send arrival time to the owner, (ME) so the cleaning lady will be able to meet and great you with the keys when you arrive.

This is a great place to visit with its white, long beaches, good food, nice amusement for everyone, shopping and great atmosphare. Just park the car outside the building and let it stay there during your stay. You can easily walk everywhere without any stress. The area is very safe, child friendly and a great place to enjoy a great vacation. Welcome!

Just around the corner guest have access to a convenient store, open until 11pm. You will easily find restaurants nearby and I strongly recommend the restaurant Kurna Chata which is attached to the old church tower you see from the kitchen window in the penthouse. Guest have both easy access to the city centre with good shopping opurtunities, 3D cinema and a godd selection of restaurants just 5 min walk from the penthouse. If you wish to visit the great, white beach then park the car and just valk trough beautiful forrest and old historical buildings for 10 min and you will reach it. The beach promenade offers a great day out. Here you will find great coffee shops, shopping, restaurants, entertainment, beach taverns and funny things to do with the children. It´s a must to visit the white beach when visiting the Polish riviera, Swinoujscie! If you fancy a nice morning trim, then a nice beach walk to Germany from Swinoujscie is recommended. You aslo have access to a high standard tennis club, gym clubs, parks with excercise machines etc. If you arrive with children, then a 10 min walk to the outdoor climbing park is strongly recommended. This is a great place to experiance.
