The fine print
A surcharge of PLN 30 applies for arrivals between 20:00-22:00. A surcharge of PLN 100 applies for arrivals between 22:00-00:00. A surcharge of PLN 150 applies for arrivals between 00:00-07:00.All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
When travelling with pets, a surcharge of PLN 150 per stay applies.
Please note that construction work is going on nearby streets from 01.10.2024 to 30.09.2026 and some rooms may be affected by noise. Access streets will be modernized which may affect direct access to the property or time restrictions in access to the property.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of 500 zł is required. The property charges this days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
