Cicha spokojna okolica. Obok budynku jest Karczma Pizzeria oraz sklep spożywczy. Niedaleko jest tradycyjny góralski kościółek. Jest bardzo blisko do Wiktorówek, Tarasówke, Zgorzelisko oraz Morskie Oko. Jest dobra komunikacja z Zakopaem samochodem czy też busem.
