The apartment consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, a bedroom and an atmospheric bathroom with a large shower. It is an ideal place to rest for people who like contact with nature. The building has an elevator and a public ski room. The area around the building is fenced. Parking is located on the property.

The apartment is located in a peaceful and quiet area, in the very center of Park Zdrojowy and the heart of Duszniki Zdrój. The beautiful, green surroundings make the apartment an ideal place for people who care about the key location and would like to relax surrounded by greenery. Duszniki-Zdrój is located at the very gate of the Table Mountains National Park, which is, not without reason, considered one of the most beautiful parts of the entire Sudetes. Throughout the park there are monumental rock formations, interesting labyrinths, caves and crevices, which are open to visitors. In addition to many hiking trails, there are also 5 long bicycle routes of varying difficulty, as well as cross-country skiing trails and many climbing routes. It is also worth visiting the Papermaking Museum and the Manor House. Fryderyk Chopin.
