This is beautiful and charming condo is right in the heart of Old San Juan with all the major historic sites, beaches, restaurants, night life, historical sites and shopping walking distance away. What to expect- Building design Thick masonry walls: Often made of stone or stucco, designed to keep interiors cool in the tropical climate. High ceilings and large windows: These promote ventilation and natural light. Wrought iron details: Balconies and window grilles often feature intricate ironwork. Interior courtyards: Many homes include a central patio or garden, offering a peaceful retreat. Colorful facades: Buildings are typically painted in vibrant hues—yellows, blues, pinks—that reflect Caribbean flair. This particular unit also features marble flooring, a brick-paved street, and a concrete roof and foundation, which are consistent with the preservation of Old San Juan’s historic charm

Although parking is limited, the area is highly walkable and connected via public transit and the charming municipal trolley.
