Franco began his career as Manager of Caribbean Cinemas when he was only 19 years old. Then he moved to work with the Transportation Security Administration as a TSA security officer as a Federal Employee for Homeland Security Administration. Then he worked for a private security company called Guardsmark as a Account Manager, during which he was in charge of more than 120 employees. Franco is a strong believer in education. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and continued by earning his Master’s degree in Management Strategic Leadership of the "Universidad del Este" in Puerto Rico. In 2016 he took part a training at Orlando Florida called " HA Sumit", which emphasized the role of the hosts for the home vocation rental industries . Now Franco has different properties to rent in the northwest area as vacation homes in Puerto Rico and made this his full time job since he enjoys receiving people from all over the world, including local visitors.
