We’re just a 50-minute drive from the airport and historic San Juan, making it easy to arrive and start your vacation right away. You’ll also be only 10 minutes from Palmas del Mar, a resort community with a golf course, restaurants, and more. Whether you’re looking to explore, golf, dine, or just relax by the sea, you’ll be in the perfect spot. The neighborhood is surrounded by the Punta Santiago Natural Reserve and the coast of Naguabo, so nature is literally at your doorstep. Our home has been lovingly updated with everything you need for a comfortable stay—modern touches mixed with Caribbean charm. The community is located across from the beach, on Route #3, the Gastronomic Route of Puerto Rico known for its restaurants and popular Puerto Rico Kiosk, Live music and popular “Chinchoros”. Walmart and grocery stores are nearby about 10 minute drive. The neighborhood is quiet and safe yet still close to many terrific options nearby. Come experience the local culture with very nice people. Play a round of golf at one of the local courses, go for a hike in a scenic park, kayaking is 4 minute drive, amazing nearby beaches or head to downtown island capital and enjoy the city's superb dining and entertainment. If relaxing is your thing, enjoy a cup of coffee or wine in our beautiful balcony with a view of the lake, we have organized this home so that travelers may have all they need, whether visiting to discover the island or work. There is Uber transportation available, however not available at all hours, But definitely a rental car would be ideal.
