Impressive ocean view from the balcony. You have direct beach access. Free fitness center. The studio is large. It sleeps four comfortably. There's two Queen size beds. The condo is on the 16th floor. There is a wonderful breeze. Freezing cold AC. The studio comes fully equipped with microwave, coffee maker, utensils and refrigerator. The supermarket is 2 blocks away. There is a 24hr doorman and front desk. Concierge services and tours available. Resort like setting. Directly next door to a four star hotel and casino. Great location if you have a few nights available before taking a cruise or for relaxing. The condo is centrally located just 10 minutes by car from Old San Juan and the cruise ships.
Im a born and raised proud Boricua. I travel to Puerto Rico a few times a year. You are cordially invited to share and experience the love I feel for the Island. This is my piece of my land. A studio with epic views of the ocean and the mountains. All are welcomed.
You are steps away from some of the best restaurants on the island, as well as shops, supermarkets and CVS/Walgreens.
