This spacious one bedroom apartment is located in a quiet and tranquil local neighborhood. Super clean, huge flat yard and big above ground pool. Great for a couple or small family. Easy access to numerous bars and restaurants in Añasco and a quick 15 minute drive to the famous downtown plaza and surfing beaches of Rincon.

We are located in the Hatillo neighborhood of Anasco which is near the 402 and 115 with quick access to the major route 2. The road is a dead end with no through traffic and very little noise. This is not a touristy neighborhood but feels very safe and quiet. Plenty of parking on street, if you do not have a car the neighborhood is bikeabke
