Outdoor living is elevated with fruit trees, pool, and terrace for enjoyment and relaxation. Very Important: In order to complete your booking, your reservation must be paid in full. I will not block your dates on the calendar until payment is made. I do not accept payment the day of check in and you will not receive the code to enter the property until I get full payment. For Booking, you will have to submit a reservation request to me, I will accept within 24 hours. Once reservation is booked, you will have to send your payment using ATH Móvil, Zelle, Venmo. If you pay by credit card, you will have to pay 3-4% in credit card fees. If you do not pay your reservation immediately after booking, the dates will still be available on my other booking websites. If you do not like this process you can book my property on other short term rental websites. In your booking request, please include the number of people in your reservation. The neighborhood is very nice and the location couldn’t be better. The mall, downtown, water park, beaches, grocery store (Pueblo in the mall is recommended), convenience stores and restaurants are just minutes away. The house is two minutes from Carr #2, which gives you easy access to the airport, Walmart, food trucks, shopping, plus more.
