This fantastic flat is located in Cascais, in the parish of Alcabideche, in a very quiet residential area, 3 kilometres from the excellent sandy beaches of the Estoril Coast. The flat is located at the top of the building, and has a marvellous large terrace that is the perfect space for socialising outdoors, giving the feeling of being in a garden in the air. The terrace has a dining table, a seating area with sofas and sun loungers and a barbecue, so you can make the most of your stay outdoors. The building has a lift and the accommodation has a garage. The flat is very spacious (155m2) and has three bedrooms with wardrobes, two of them with private bathrooms. The other bedroom has a bathroom next door. All the bedrooms have double beds and one of the suites also has a single bed. The kitchen is very well equipped with a fridge-freezer, hob and oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer, as well as crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils so you can prepare your own home-cooked meals. The living room has a seating area with an LCD TV with international channels and a dining area. There is WI-FI throughout the flat. All rooms have central heating. In the neighbourhood you can find cafés and restaurants 150 metres away, a supermarket 150 metres away, the bus station 10 metres away, and the train station 3km away. 150 metres away is the ‘Horta Comunitária Vale da Amoreira’, an outdoor area with a children's playground and leisure areas.
