The apartment is spacious and sunny, with separate entrance and is comprised by: •living room with dining and lounge areas, balcony with amazing sea views, TV, cable TV, Wi-Fi, DVD player and a DVD movie collection; •double bedroom with wardrobe, •twin bedroom with wardrobe, •small bedroom with children toys; •bathroom with shower, hairdryer and electric towel rail; •kitchen with dining area, fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils, refrigerator, microwave, blender, electric kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine; •patio with barbecue, clothes line, table and chairs. Other equipment available: parasol and windbreak, beach toys, books, deck of cards, baby travel cot (upon request), vacuum cleaner, iron and iron board, cleaning products, first aid kit. Bed, bath and kitchen linen included. Electronic complaint book available.

Costa Nova is famous for its beautiful sandy beach and for the colourful striped houses. With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the lagoon of Aveiro on the other, it is the perfect place for water sports and outdoor activities. It has facilities for sailing, surfing, windsurfing, and kite surfing, jogging, cycling, rollerblading, tennis, football, and minigolf. There are several operators offering boat trips to explore the lagoon of Aveiro or the Nature Reserve of São Jacinto. Shops are located around the fish market that is really worth a visit. There are plenty of restaurants, cafes and pastry shops in the area. You can explore several beautiful cities around Costa Nova. Aveiro is just 10 km away, where you can make a trip on the graceful boats known as 'moliceiros' or taste the local traditional sweet, 'ovos moles', Oporto (85 km), Coimbra (75 km) or Buçaco (66 km).
