2 bedroom flat for holidays in Praia da Rocha. Comprising entrance hall, lounge with SMART TV and WI-FI, kitchen and balcony, two bathrooms and two bedrooms with wardrobes. Located just 70 metres from the sandy beach of Praia da Rocha. Note: There is a parking space ONLY FOR VERY SMALL CARS. - A security deposit of EUR 400 is required upon arrival. The deposit will be charged as a credit card payment, Revolut or bank transfer in advance. The deposit will be refunded up to 3 days after check-out, following a full inspection and cleaning of the accommodation. PORTIMÃO TOURIST TAX: In accordance with municipal legislation applicable since 14 March 2024 to all bookings, guests must pay cash on check-in: - In high season (01/04 to 31/10) - 2 per person, per night. - In low season (1/11 to 31/03) - 1 per person, per night. Obs: - The tax is limited to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights per stay and is only charged to guests aged 13 or over. - The costs of water, electricity and gas consumption (if applicable) are included within the normal parameters of conscientious use. Counts are taken at check-in and check-out to calculate consumption for the booking period in question (if different from 30 days, the corresponding amount is calculated). Any consumption that exceeds the amount included will have to be settled by the guests with NURIS2U on the day before departure, in cash. Electricity and water included in each 30-day booking, depending on the type of accommodation: T2: 250 Kwhs and 12 m3. If the surplus is not regularised, the company reserves the right to withdraw the value of the deposit.

Neighbourhood information

Praia da Rocha is a beach in the municipality of Portimão, in the Algarve (Portugal). This beach has a large stretch of sand, in a total area of about 146,000 m2, along 1.5 km of coastline. Next to the beach stands the fortress of Santa Catarina, built in the 17TH century to ensure the defense of the bar of the River Arade. The beach owes its name to the rocks that lie between the sand and the sea. It is one of the most famous in the Algarve, but even from all over the country. Every year, during the summer, the beach fills with tourists from all over the world and, despite its great extent, it is rare not to be crowded. In recent years, has received the Mundialito Beach football, which is played in a stadium built for this purpose and that has capacity for 3000 people. Next to the beach, there is a plurality of restaurants and bars that attracts large numbers of tourists, both during the day and at night.
