Homing is a 100% Portuguese company that has been operating in the market since 2016 and has a vast portfolio of properties. Whether guests are with us for a period of time and choose to make the properties we manage their home, our goal is to offer memorable stays.

Apartment located in a quiet area of Armação de Pêra, inserted in a private condominium and very close to the beach. It is the perfect place for your holidays with family or friends in the Algarve! With 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people, it is fully equipped and all sheets and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper. The condominium has parking, children's area, tennis court (equipment paid separately), outdoor pool, heated pool, and direct access to the beach. To access the pools and the beach, wristbands must be purchased at reception upon payment of a deposit. The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then respond to us with your expected arrival time. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 3:30 pm. Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
