A balcony and a communal swimming pool behind the house are also available. The terrace has a barbecue. The apartment has a high standard. Double insulation at the windows. For a taste of the local gastronomy guests can visit the restaurants within 500 metres. In the vicinity you can practice various sports: -Surfing -Bike ride -Golf (10 minutes away) -Yoga -Jogging Caldas da Rainha is the nearest large town (15km away). If you ever feel like going to the cinema, shopping and walking a beautiful park.
