The kitchenette includes high-end appliances, a breakfast bar, and all essentials for home-cooked meals. On the first floor, a private bedroom suite includes a queen bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, blackout curtains, and built-in wardrobe. The top floor hosts the master suite with skylight, queen bed, stylish décor, and private terrace. The en-suite bathroom features a rainfall shower and soft linens for added comfort. With fast Wi-Fi, AC/heating in all rooms, a washing machine, and smart lock access, this home is perfect for couples, families, or remote workers seeking a relaxing coastal retreat near Porto. Important informations » Guests must fill out a form with identity/passport information before or upon check-in. » Late Night Check-In: for arrivals between 21:00 (9 PM) and 9:00 (9 AM) a late check-in fee of 25euros will apply. This amount must be paid in cash at the time of check-in. » Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. » If guests lock themselves out of the property or do not return the keys to the lockbox at checkout, a 50euros fee will apply. If a guest loses a set of keys during their stay, an 80euros fee will apply. In case our team is unable to unlock the door and there is the need for specialized assistance, additional fees will apply. » A security deposit is required to book this property. The deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property, within 7-10 days of check-out.
