Apartment located in a gated community, comprising lounge and dining room, kitchen (with direct connection to the room through cut-out window on the wall), home room, with wardrobe, bathroom. Through a spiral staircase accesses the 1st floor, open space, available for up to 4 people. The apartment has heating in the room and in the Studio and fireplace in the living room. Both the R / c either the 1st floor have a balcony overlooking the valley and the sea. The condo has pool and playground, barbecue joint. The parking place, private and covered, in garage, is free and available for a medium car. Located 300 meters from the beach of Saint Julian, 8 km from Ericeira, it gives way to walk to the beach, suitable for surfing or bodyboarding. The surrounding area invites you to nature walks and cultural visits. Good food.
We are Ana and Mario that, married and accomplices for 40 years, easily got used to spend vacations and weekends in Ericeira. We were looking for a home for our son when we came across and fell in love with our first property. That was the moment when the dream of remodeling and renting the house for short vacations started. The experience was so positive that we decided to embrace this new activity and, driven by the pleasure of relating to others, we expanded our offer. Both of us get involved on the preparation of the houses as well on the visitors reception. And, in fact, that is crucial for a successful welcome. Upon arrival, we personally present the house and the region. An informative dossier, available at each property, suggests day trips for the visitors that wishes to know Lisbon and the surrounding tourist sites. We offer full support during the stay. We like what we do!!! And that is a feeling that is easily understood by those visitors who get in touch with us after choosing our properties. And keeps them confident and quiet since the booking until the moment they return home after vacation time. The reviews received after the holidays are a way to reward our work
Next to the beach of São Julião which has an extensive areal clipped by cliffs, in the case of one of the most beautiful beaches in the region. For being quite exposed to the waves, is part of the roadmap of the surfers and bodyboarders, especially when these seek waves in quieter days of summer. Guarded beach with lifeguard and SOS system offers Beach bars in support of bathers. The House also will serve as a starting point for visits to Sintra, Lisbon, Mafra, Cascais, Obidos, recommended localities.
