Inside, you'll find a spacious living room with a rustic decorative style. It features comfortable sofas for relaxation, a wide-screen TV for enjoying your favourite shows, and a dining table. The area boasts a warm ambience with plenty of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, along with other useful appliances. A washing machine is also available for your laundry needs. There are three bedrooms: two with queen beds, wardrobes, and chests of drawers, and one with a double bed. All beds are furnished with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort. The bathrooms are equipped with all necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
