This recently renovated typical local house within a secure gated development has a charming private wrap around terraces with views over Funchal to the sea and garden areas, fully secure with intercom entry . The air conditioning creates a comfortable environment for the hot summer months . Internally the open plan kitchen living area leads onto a fully tiled shower room with 2 private bedrooms The house is located in a quiet no through road a 5 minute walk from the central area and sea , we hope to welcome you very soon !
