The house is isolated, no noise from cars or neighbors, just Nature - Whole house rental. A refuge near the city of Porto. For a weekend getaway or a long stay surrounded by vineyards and garden, with a swimming pool on warm days and fireplace for colder days. Waking up to the sound of birds and fresh air, relaxing or going on activities such as hiking, buggy, visiting historical places, among others. You can be visited by our host cat, Quim, who lives in our garden. Pets are welcome with prior approval. A swimming pool and a 500m2 lawn, with a volleyball net, a garden full of diversed flora (Camellias, roses, hydrangeas), centenary trees and fruit trees from which you can harvest oranges, persimmons, figs, kiwis, among others. All if this sorrounded with the view over our vineyard of over 1 hectare. In the living room, with fireplace, there is a foosball table, a card table and a guitar at your disposal. All heated rooms overlook the garden.

Parada de Todeia, where Casa da Alvarinha is located, is a quiet parish with grocery stores, a butcher, a bakery and all the essential amenities, including the Varandas d'A4 restaurant that delivers homemade food at the house. The nearest hypermarket is in Paredes, 10 minutes away.
