Property information

The villa has 170 m2 and is fully equipped, with contemporary decor. Some data: LIVING ROOM with circa 40 m2 (has panoramic view to the PRIVATE GARDEN and SWIMMING POOL on one side, and to an outdoor terrace/patio on the other). There`s a very relaxing PERGOLA in the garden area. MASTER BEDROOM with ensuite bathroom upstairs 2 DOUBLE ROOMS + 1 BATHROOM + 1 SOCIAL BATHROOM downstairs.

Neighbourhood information

The house is located... - 850m near the center of Aldeia do Meco, where you can find typical cuisine based on fresh fish and seafood, and find some nightlife in the central street of the village. - near (1,5km -3 km) some amazing beaches (Praias): there are beaches with all the infrastructures and restaurants (Praia do Meco, Praia das Bicas) to very quiet ones without support or lifeguards (Praia da Foz) and to naturist beaches (Rio da Prata). Praia das Bicas is within 15 minutes walking distance. Praia do Rio da Praia is more or less the same walking distance. Praia do Meco and Praia da Foz are 5 minutes by car. SAILING, WINDSURFING, KITESURFING and CANOEING can also be enjoyed nearby at Lagoa de Albufeira - a beautiful LAGOON (5 minutes by car). SESIMBRA (12 km away) is the closest city. Once a very small fishing village, is famous for fish and shellfish restaurants. For DIVING, Portinho de Arrábida and Sesimbra beaches have some of the most interesting diving in Portugal. For the GOLFERS, there are 4 recommended championship golf courses: Quinta do Peru (20 km), Aroeira (27 km), Montado (30 km) and Tróia (40 km). For HORSE RIDING, there are a few riding schools nearby.
