It comprises of 2 rooms with 1 double and 1 single occupancy. The original authentic Madeiran house has been recently fully refurbished and secure parking is available. Internet wifi available. Please note due to close proximity to the church you might hear church bells during your stay. The owner and surrounding areas have chickens. The property might not be suitable for those with sensitive sleeping patterns.

My name is Jorge and I live in the UK.I am helping my mother Maria to run her property in Madeira. My mother live at the property. Guest got their own entrance, living bed bathroom and kitchen to them selves. We pride from previous bookings that guests enjoy my mothers company but equally she knows to respect guests privacy. My mother work on her vegetable patch that have chickens and rabbits. There is a friendly cat as well that love attention.

Prazeres is a tranquility sleepy town 10 Minutes away from Calethas beach and Paul do mar .The house is centrally located 3 minutes walk to the local church.
