My favourite part of the house is the terrace with a sea view, especially for watching the sunset. This is a very peaceful area. The perfect place to come and relax. We offer all amenities to make your stay comfortable. Obviously, towels and sheets, plus all kitchen utensils, plus 3 coffee machines (Nespresso capsule machine, standard coffee pot, plus the Italian coffee moka).
My name is Carolina and my family and I love to spend time at our house in Praia de Quiaios. We have been doing it since 2003 and come back every summer. We have been renting it out on Airbnb and Homeaway for 8 years now, and joined Booking in 2020 to share it with even more people. I moved back to Portugal after living in London for almost 4 years and currently live in Lisbon. I love food, animals, being in nature and spending time with loved ones. We have one amazing person that helps me with guests' stays, and she lives 1-minute away from the house.
The most beautiful beach of Praia de Quiaios is 2 minutes away - you can even walk there barefoot! Surrounded by protected dunes and the mountain (Serra da Boa Viagem), this place is still a hidden gem in Portugal. You have plenty of places for food and hang out. My favourites are: B'art for sunset drinks and food (10min), the family-run mini-market (2min) Spar, N2 for good lunch food and drinks (5min) and Pizzeria New Cottage (10min) for good oven pizza! For a gym, spa and even swimming pool (indoor and outdoor) you have Rosa Náutica wellness centre at Quiaios Hotel (1min away).
