Casa do Lado is a 2-storey villa about 5 minutes' walk from the sandy banks of the River Tagus and the historic centre of Seixal. It has a courtyard with a small swimming pool, measuring 8m² (2m x 4m), with facilities for dining and leisure. The villa is about 15 minutes' walk from the river pier for transport to Lisbon by boat.
The villa is located in a central street, with transport links to the river pier and the nearest Lisbon train station. Close to several restaurants and other facilities. For a trip to the town of Seixal you won't need any transport.
