Gaveto House was built in the surroundings of Medieval Castle of Sabugal, offering a more than 200 years house, with contemporary amenities offering the comfort demanded by modern times. The house was fully renewed and refurbished to offer our guests an amazing stay in a very particular location.
Our house is part of the National Tourism Registration (RNT) with the number 3049.

Our location is on the outskirts of the castle with almost a foot on it and 5 minutes walk from Côa River, where our guests can definitely relax and recharge their energies. Sabugal has much more to offer, such as 4 other castles, the emblematic Serra da Malcata and also the historical village of Sortelha about 15 minutes drive.
Additionally to all these closeby attractions, we are 1 hour by car from the highest peak in Portugal, Serra da Estrela and 30 minutes from Spain, where great culture and people should also be met.
