Quietly located on the Boa Nova residential complex between the idyllic fishing villages of Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, Casa Saudade is the perfect place to relax and/or explore the Algarve. This luxurious and tastefully furnished two-storey penthouse comprises 3 spacious bedrooms (with air conditioning), 3 bathrooms (one en-suite), a living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a large veranda with several seating options and a fantastic roof terrace with barbecue and jacuzzi (at extra charge). The entire living area is equipped with underfloor heating for comfort in the cooler seasons. The top floor offers stunning views over the sea, the mountains of Monchique and the estuary of Portimão. The complex offers a communal pool and is located only a short drive from several beaches, golf courses, shopping centers, museums, water- and amusement parks. There are several restaurants and minimarkets within walking distance.
